Taupo Trout Mural

There are literally murals all over Taupo and when we were there on holiday I spotted this painting on the side of a cabinet (we can't work out whether it's a phone cabinet or what) of 2 Trout swimming. If you don't know much about Taupo it's a freshwater lake that is well known for Trout fishing and apparently you need a licence to go fishing there.

Linking up with Mural Monday.

Paintings on utility boxes are becoming more and more wonderful! I had two of them today too, and there are many in our town.

I'm loving painted utility art. I've never seen this kind of box before either but different countries will have different shapes. Ours are tall and oblong. They're very trusting to make one with windows 🤣

You need a license here, too, for fishing. Oh, I shouldn´t have clicked to enlarge. Now I have that song in my mind - earworm-alert!!! I didn´t even like the movie (though actually it was some message).

Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Amy.
