Coffee, Croissant and Culture

On the Opua ferry that leads to Russell is this small sign on the side rail that says "Coffee, Croissant and Culture" which advertises the daily guided tours at historical Pompallier Mission House.

Linking up with Skywatch Friday.

Not what's available on the ferry then? I used to laugh at some ferries in UK that had a hot water supply, instant coffee and paper cups for anyone so desperate they couldn't survive a 10-15 minuute boat trip without coffee.

Yes we are locked down, 22 people now, this photo isn't recent.
That looks like a fun tour. I think I would enjoy it!

What a contrast between vessel and advertising. Nice.

A coffee and a croissant sounds great on a cloudy day like you had.
Greetings and Salutations! I would love to have a cup of coffee with an almond croissant. Wonder if the place is still open where I used to go with a dear friend that moved away? I should check that out. Covid-19 has CLOSED so many places. The view is enjoyable. The sign tickles my fancy for coffee and croissant. Stay safe.
Sounds like a good combination !

I like the limited color palette on this one. Coffee and croissant doesn´t sound bad either.
