Red chairs in the rain

One from Whangarei taken the week before Christmas 2021. I like to walk down little side streets and alleys off the main roads. This one I took while it was raining as I stood under a shop's front cover, I particularly like how the red chairs link in with the AON Insurance building next door.

Linking up with Skywatch Friday and Tom's Signs.

...here those red chairs would be covered with 2 feet of snow! Stay dry and thanks for stopping by.

The back streets often surprise me. Either by chance or design, the red works well.

Red always captures the attention of a viewer. It makes one want to stop and look.

What a pleasant scene. I can almost smell that rain in the air.

A person after my own heart, wandering around looking at things just for its own sake. I love that you tied in the two reds.
Vibrant colors on a rainy day!

Nice, quiet street photography. Can´t waite for summer rains. Tired of padeling in the snow.
Greetings and Salutations! Taking the back streets or sidewalks is where the interesting finds are for sure. Agree with Tom, those red chairs would be covered with snow in the Chicagoland area too. I like seeing the palm trees and rainy days. Helps me remember that Spring is right around the corner. So enjoy what I have now.
