Ordering

Photo taken while sitting at a table waiting for friends at our local McDonalds. Last week I posted a story about how a local elderly man was killed. The update on that is that a local 16 year old was arrested for it.  Crazy! A very sad situation all round.

We've had alot of rain this week - typical for Spring on the west coast. Most of it come down from the north of the country so alot of humidity, doesn't help with hot flashes from menopause. With the wet weather we've had quite a few Pukeko coming into the backyard looking for treats, usually they hang out at the neighbour's property across the road.

Linking up with Weekend Reflections and the Weekend Roundup.

That's sad about the elderly man. McD's doesn't look crowded at that time of day.

Very sad indeed. I don't think I've ever seen a pukeko.

The pukeko babies are out in force around here - cute little balls of fluff.

That's terrible. And terrible that a child did it. Just awful news all round. #WeekendReflection
That's sad news indeed. In our country too, there seems to be an increase in serious crimes committed by young people lately.

There's so much bad/sad news! Great Mc Donald's shot. It's a glorious day here today, shades of summer.

Voilà une photo contemporaine qui raconte bien notre temps. Une commande face à un écran. Si la photographie ne change pas le monde elle montre le monde qui change disait Marc Riboud. C'est exactement ça dont témoigne cette image

There was a man found guilty of killing his wife this week here. We share the same surname.
