Intercity is a brand of buses here in New Zealand that people can book tickets with - they go to different parts of the country. I spotted these tourists walking over to the waiting area near the railway station. More Winter puffer jackets.....

I think the tourists look at the sky and decide it's cold before they actually venture out. I think your temps are slightly warmer than ours and we're not wearing puffer jackets :)

Looks like the tourists are braving the chill, bundled up in their winter puffers, heading toward the Intercity buses at the station.

Up here in Oklahoma, I wear my puffer jacket all the time when it is cold.
With the gusty winds here, I always wear my puffer jacket.
