Coffee

I love coffee, but one cup a day is more my style, otherwise it keeps me awake at night. When we visited nearby Fox River in late Summer earlier this years, there was a coffee tent. Normally I don't buy from coffee carts/tents etc as the prices can sometimes be a wee bit steep.

Speaking of expensive, the price of petrol here seems to be constantly going up and down. One minute the strait is open, the next it isn't. sigh. Can't wait for this silly thing to be finished.

With you on the fuel thing although I suspect it will never return to pre-war prices. We will be stuck with some permanent increase. The thing I hate about coffee carts is throw-away cups. Coffee should be enjoyed on a proper cup - sipped, savoured, part of a reset rather than gulped down on the move.

I agree with Tigger. Coffee should be served in a cup at a table. Our best coffee is at a café by the sea. One of the few places the cappuccino is really hot

I am a real coffee drinker. The best coffee comes from our own coffee machine.
The day before yesterday, after a drive through the area, we immediately filled up the tank again, because fuel prices are still going up here too.

I sadly can´t have coffee no more, or my stomach can´t. Gas prices... Ingo drives 80km each working day :-(

I have never drunk coffee and have probably saved myself a fortune over the years.

I can´t say I love coffee. It´s more like a nice thing to take a cup with me and sit down for a moment. Two cups a day is enough for me. But if I for some reason don´t drink coffee one day I don´t really miss it.

I need my two cups a day. I make it at home, but even then, it's gotten expansive. Prices for coffee have gone up 2-3 fold, and gas is getting crazy! Unfortunately, I need both.

I love coffee as well.
I hate the fooling around with the strait. Our president started a fight with Iran for no apparent reason and now he can't seem to figure a way out. These things are a lot easier to get into than to get out of.
