What a beautiful photo, Amy! I've never seen New Zealand and, while it isn't REALLY too late, I think it's probably practically too late. The scenery, however, is not unlike parts of Western Canada, especially this lovely farm.

It looks like that was a lovely day.
Such pretty countryside. I can see why you love it!!
Traveling with you through your country is always a great pleasure
Not many of these silos where I live. I like seeing them though.

Such idyllic photo! Gorgeous!

If I'm honest I can take or leave silos but barns - particularly old and semi-derelict barns - give me goose bumps of joy (especially if I have a camera in my hand).
It amazes me sometimes how similar rural landscapes can be across the world. This scene reminds me of some of what I see here in Oklahoma, USA.
I love scenes like this too! When I visit my sister in Missouri, I always take a drive along the country roads to photograph the farms along the way.
I like farmland scenes too -- this really does remind me of what we've seen when we RVd through farm country (Yogi above is right). I really like how you show us so many aspects of your beautiful country!
