More war signs

I had to make a dentist appointment for a friend of my daughter's recently as she is turning 18 this year and thankfully dentistry is free for children who are aged under 18. On my way out I saw someone had glued some more anti-war posters to the side of the wall of the next building. It seems that fighting is constantly happening in our world isn't it? I think it's about time people learned to live and work together.

People in this country are talking about war, especially how to defend our country and what the individual can do. Scary times.

I wish the world could have peace but I can't see it. There are conflicts all around us in Europe.

Ugh! Dentists! Just had my thrice annual visit.

It seems that their are more conflicts than ever before. Many of them are one sided affairs where powerful nations (like mine) bomb other nations just to provide a domestic diversion.

I couldn't agree more. I don't think there was ever a time when there wasn't a war somewhere.

Scary times. If our species can't figure out how to live without war, then we may not have much of a future.

Yes, it's a scary and sad time. I worry what my adult children will be left with.
